Misturar a manteiga com os açucares até ficar liso, juntar o ovo, a gema e a baunilha e bater bem , juntar a mistura da farinha e os pedacinhos de chocolate.&lt;br /&gt;Untar com manteiga um tabuleiro de ir ao forno e com uma colher formar pequenas porções redondas, deixando espaço entre elas. Batem-se as gemas com o &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_3"&gt;açúcar&lt;/span&gt; até fazer um creme. Em seguida junta-se o chocolate e bate-se bem . Junta-se a farinha e o fermento e envolve-se . Se estiver muito espesso junta-se um pouco de leite. Batem-se as claras em castelo com 4 colheres de &lt;span class="blsp-spelling-corrected" id="SPELLING_ERROR_4"&gt;açúcar&lt;/span&gt; e junta-se aos outros ingredientes. Vai tudo ao lume num tacho até fazer uma papa  mexendo sempre com cuidado. Em seguida retira-se do lume e põe-se dentro de água para arrefecer. Bate-se as claras em castelo duro junta-se ao creme e vai ao forno numa travessa. Deixa-se um pouco de claras para enfeitar em forma de tronco de árvore antes de ir para o forno. Depois, vão-se juntando os ovos préviamente batidos e bate-se bem. Junta-se o leite e por fim a farinha com o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;Vai ao forno durante cerca de 30 min. .&lt;br /&gt;À parte espremem-se as laranjas com 100g açucar e vão ao lume a ferver. Vai ao forno em tabuleiro untado com manteiga.
